Spring/Summer Magazine Edition is Out!
The spring summer edition of Style Adventure Magazine is out! Given the times we’re in, we took a slightly different approach with this issue. It’s about things you can do at home.
In the edition:
- Four Brands We Love: These Are a Few of our Favorite Things!
- Foods to Eat for Stronger, Shinier and Softer Hair
- Eat Your Way to Awesome Skin
- Travel Hacks You Can Use at Home
Here’s our Cover Story – These Are a Few of our Favourite Things!
The cover story is a shout out to four women-led small brands. They built sustainable businesses within the last few years. Each one of these ladies is kind, caring and ethical. They also care about quality.
Although I do play dress up at home once a week while quarantined, I look forward to stepping out in each one again!
Sula NYC is devoted to natural products. From that devotion grew their promise – purity will always beat mass production. They travel the world to find the right partners to bring it to life.
Their products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. They are vegan, USDA organic certified, Leaping Bunny and Peta accredited.
I make most of my skincare products. I haven’t developed a cleanser, shampoo or natural scent to use regularly yet. If anyone makes a formula they love, please email: email@example.com . Let me know what it is! It can become a feature article too if you approve! The only brand I use other than homemade is Sula NYC.
Their natural scents, argan oil and mineral masks are fantastic for my skin and hair.
ZAIMARA is a Mediterranean fashion brand. They handcraft unique easy-to-wear bohemian pieces. Each design is inspired by their trips to far off places. The line is entirely handmade by highly skilled artisans and craftsmen. ZAIMARA’s clothing is one of a kind. Designs are made by using multiple handcrafted techniques. Each piece takes days or weeks to create. I have many designs in my closet!
Sunia Yoga is an American line of athletic wear. It’s designed by a yogi. They are passionate about fitness, healthy living, and a healthy planet. The line is made in America. It’s influenced by the owner’s childhood memories in Kerala, South India. Designs marry gorgeous colors, patterns, and inspired design with eco-friendly manufacturing. Most importantly, they are super comfortable!
Maiden-Art blends rocker and bohemian elements to create iconic designs. Each piece is an expression of the women who wear them. The line is handmade by artisans in Italy. All jewelry is ethically sourced. Maiden-Art designs are regularly featured in publications such as Vogue Italia, Elle Italia, Glamour Italia, Cosmopolitan and Harper’s Bazaar. I don’t have much more to say other than the pieces I own complete my outfits!
